L’Oreal Pure Clay Masks

So I recently purchased the new(ish) Pure-Clay Masks from L’Oreal. I got two of the three masks that they have, the Exfoliate & Refine Treatment Mask, and the Detox & Brighten Treatment Mask. I’ve been really excited to try these out, and see how they are, because it seems like they’ve gotten a lot of good reviews, so I was interested to see how they actually work!

img_1865So first I tried out the Exfoliate & Refining mask, and I really liked this one. I was having some breakouts at the time I tried this mask, and I feel like it really helped to clean out my pores and clear up some of my breakouts. This also left my skin feeling super smooth and soft and just really clean.

The next mask I tried was the Detox & Brighten mask. This one was also pretty good, it did leave my skin feeling very clean and smooth, but I didn’t see a huge difference other than that. I still liked this one because it did feel like it cleaned out my pores, but I think I liked the Exfoliate & Refining mask just a little bit more.

img_1860Overall they are both really nice masks, I would definitely repurchase the Exfoliate & Refining mask again, I really liked how well it exfoliated, and left my skin feeling really fresh without drying it out too much. The Detox & Brighten mask wasn’t bad, but I felt like there was more of a difference with the other one, but I will continue to try them out and see how I like them over time.

img_1862There is a third clay mask which is the Purify & Mattify. I am a little curious to see how that one would compare to these two, but I was a little worried that it would dry out my skin too much, but I might just have to give it a try anyways because I was pretty happy with the results of these two masks.

Have any of you guys tried these masks?
