Well, it’s about that time again, I thought I would share my current fall makeup routine with you guys! I love the transition from summer to fall makeup. I love that I can start wearing a little more makeup without the fear of it melting off my face in the summer heat. Anyways, this is pretty much how I have been doing my makeup every day, mostly matte eyeshadows, with a dark bold lip.
To start out, I have been using the Mario Badescu facial spray to prime and hydrate my skin. Then I have been using my current obsession… the L’Oreal pro-glow foundation! I just recently purchased this and I cannot stop using it. Then of course I use my Maybelline fit me concealer. And to set everything and contour I have been using my Too Faced Cocoa Contour palette a lot recently. The powders in the palette are really nice, and they smell like chocolate, which of course is a plus!
Next for blush, I have been using the NYX powder blush in the shade mocha. I actually bought this a while ago, but kind of forgot about it until recently, and I have re-fallen in love with it! Then to highlight I use, my favorite, Becca Champagne Pop for a nice peachy-golden glow!
And for my eyes I have been using my Morphe 35N palette. This is such an amazing palette, because it has 35 different colors, and it’s also super inexpensive. I love that all the shadows in this palette are matte, I think it looks really nice for the fall time. Then to complete my eye makeup I use the Maybelline gel liner and lash sensational mascara.
Then finally to finish this look, I have been using one of two lip colors, either, NYX soft matte lip cream in Copenhagen or the liquid suede lipstick in Brooklyn Thorn. Both of these colors are absolutely stunning for this time of year, and they are very bold and beautiful. Copenhagen is more of the classic fall, warm, berry color, while Brooklyn Thorn is a little more purple-ish and cool toned, but they are both so pretty!
